2. Purpose and use

This website presents COSLUXU villas and services on the Costa Blanca and allows information requests. It does not allow online property contracting or payment. Use must be lawful and must not harm website security, operation or third-party rights.

3. Property information and representations

Areas, plans, equipment, availability and timelines must be checked for each property. Some details await confirmation; approximate maps do not establish plot boundaries. Renders, including AI-generated images, are conceptual representations, not photographs or guarantees of finishes or views. Legally required documentation will be provided before contracting. These qualifications do not remove any binding effect of advertising under consumer law.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, branding, photographs, videos, plans and designs are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to their respective rights holders. Publication does not transfer rights. Reproduction or commercial exploitation requires authorisation except as permitted by law.

6. Privacy information — provisional

The form collects name, email, optional telephone, language, property of interest, message and the recorded acceptance to handle enquiries, dossiers or visits. Requests are stored in the website management system; email and WhatsApp links enable direct contact. Do not include sensitive data. Responding to enquiries and requested pre-contractual steps may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); other uses need their own legal basis. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable through the listed contact; withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the AEPD (www.aepd.es). To complete GDPR Articles 13 and 14 information, retention periods or criteria, recipients and providers, any international transfers and safeguards, and the data protection officer where applicable must be confirmed. This information is not declared complete until then.

7. Cookies and external services

Cookies and similar technologies are governed by LSSI Article 22(2). Non-essential technologies require information and prior consent, equivalent accept and reject options and easy withdrawal. The actual cookie and external-service inventory must be confirmed to complete a specific policy; this notice is not a substitute for consent controls or proof of website compliance.

8. Applicable law and consumer rights

Applicable Spanish and European legislation includes the LSSI, GDPR, LOPDGDD and consumer and property-information rules. Mandatory consumer protections are preserved, including jurisdiction and, where applicable, protection in the consumer's country of residence. Use the listed contacts for enquiries or complaints.
